He is survived by: his wife Bertha Miller; his children, Carl William Miller Jr., Frances Janette Miller, Carly Miller (Manuel Salinas) and Joshua Miller (Harmony Mone Hammons); his grandchildren, Nayleen Gonzalez, Johntavius A. Miller, Carl William Miller III, Carlos Isaiah Miller, Jordan Miller, Matthews Miller and Santiago Miller; his siblings, Martha Elena Miller Cox (Don), Dolores Ann Miller and Walter Clay Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Maria Miller and Rafael De Leon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 7:00 AM at the Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78043). A prayer was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A procession was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Laredo Cemetery (3200 N Meadow Ave, Laredo, TX 78040).
