It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Luis Rocha (Laredo, Texas), who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Salomon Rocha, Jr.; his wife Cynthia Rocha; his sons, Carlos Luis Rocha, Jr., Robert Joseph Rocha and John Michael Rocha; his mother Dora Elia Rocha; and his siblings, Salomon Rocha, III (Kelvin Anderson), Enrique Rocha (Hilda) and Marissa McManus (Jimmie). He is also survived by his three boys.
