He is survived by: his wife Irma Cecilia Saenz; his children, Krista Sandoval (Gabriel), Cesar Jr. (Aime) and Kaitlyn Saenz; his grandchildren, Sofia, Joaquin, Lucas, James and Lorenzo Sandoval; and his siblings, Saul Saenz (Rosie), Vilma Saenz, Homero Saenz (Juanita), Gloria Riojas (Fidel), Nestora Canales (Natividad), Edna Fuentes (Pedro) and Edgardo Saenz (Juanita). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
