It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cipriano Vigil (Laredo, Texas), who passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Vigil and Brigida Vigil; his son Jorge Antonio Vigil; and his siblings, Julian Vigil, Teofilo Vigil, Lino Vigil and Hilaria Vigil.
He is survived by: his wife Herlinda Vigil; his daughter Velma Quintanilla; his granddaughters, Lisa Melendez, Jr. (Jose) and Vivian Vigil Rivera (Felipe); his great grandchildren, Joe Louie Melendez, Aiden Rivera and Camila Rivera; and his sister Andrea V. Leal.
