He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Richard Black and Ivaloo Mosher; and his brother Rev. Ronald Black. He is survived by: his wife Angelica Hernandez Black of Laredo; his sister Janice Touchton; his friend Dr. Ramon Alaniz (Pepito); his children, Jon Black (Jess Tucker), Marci Verastegui (Marisela), Joe Verastegui (Jose) and Charlie Verastegui (Alexa Verastegui); and his grandchildren, Arabella May De Sousa and Ze Alexander De Sousa.
In lieu of flowers or other tributes, those whose lives were touched by Cliff are invited to consider donation to a Texas A&M International University.
