He was predeceased by: his parents, Encarnacion Flores and Eufemia Flores; and his brother Israel Montemayor Flores. He is survived by: his wife Blanca Alicia Flores; his children, Conce Flores Jr. (Miriam Lorena), Joaquin Flores (Patty Arevalo), Miguel Flores and Luis Antonio Flores (Claudia Chavez); and his grandchildren, Kimberly Flores, Erick Flores, Mark Flores, Joaquin Flores Jr., Natalia Flores, Valeria Flores, Jonathan Flores, Lylah Sophia Flores and Raul Quiñones.
