He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregorio Ramos and Guadalupe Martinez; his brothers, Raul Fernando Ramos and Gregorio Ramos; and his grandparents, Maria Serna and Guadalupe Gomez.
He is survived by: his children, Cruz Cesario Ramos Jr., Natalia Ramos and Humberto Ramos; and his siblings, Mary Jane Ramos (Josue Israel Castañeda), Arcadia Ramos, Alma Delia Ramos, Clara Ramos (Virginia) and Altagracia Ramos.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78043). A prayer was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
