She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Salinas and Hortencia Salinas; her siblings, Frank Salinas and Nelda Palacios (Pere Palacios); and her brother-in-law Ruben Resendez (David Alan Snyder).

She is survived by: her children, Jon-David Snyder and Angelique Snyder (Kenneth Nugent); her sisters, Veronica Salinas (Jesus Salinas) and Margot Resendez; and her sister-in-law Lupita Salinas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Food For The Poor, an organization dear to Cynthia.
