He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Romero Morin and Josefina Espino Hernandez; and his siblings, Pablo Romero, Florencio Romero, Jose Romero, Emilio Romero and Sandra Manuela Romero.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Romero; his children, Nancy Yvette Romero (Juan Magaña), David Romero Jr. (Karen), Lizette Vega (Manuel), Jennifer Morales (Jaime) and Jose Luis Romero; and his siblings, Petra Romero, Leticia Jasso (Juan), Anna Romero, Rosa Romero, Karla Duque (Jose), Samuel Romero and Juan Antonio Romero. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels (800 Boston St, Laredo, TX 78041). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
