He was predeceased by: his parents, James Van and Alicia Perez McCain; and his siblings, Roberto McCain and Yvonne McCain Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Richer; his daughters, Cheryl Dee Sepulveda (Jason) and Vanessa Lee McCain (Juan Jose Flores); his grandchildren, Julia Imelda Rincon (Leo De Hoyos), Joseph Joel Flores, David Gerardo Rincon III and Alissa Lee Flores; his great grandchild Camila De Hoyos; and his brother James Manuel McCain (Patty). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
