She was predeceased by: her parents, Pablo Garcia and Dolores Longoria Garcia; and her siblings, Pablo (Ruth), Armando (Beverly), Yolanda Garza (Gilberto), Amanda Velazquez (Salvador), Ana Maria Mendoza (Victor) and Alma.
She is survived by: her sisters, Norma, Hilda Garza (Ramiro) and Maria Eugenia Perez (Rafael). She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
