He was predeceased by: his parents, John Archie and Clara Gunter Ballard; and his brother James T. Ballard. He is survived by: his children, Donna K. Densmore (Rocky) of Locust Grove, GA and Jeffery Scott Ballard (Lisa) of Summerville; his stepdaughter Mallory Leviner of Sumter; his brother David Ballard (Yvonne) of Basset, VA; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Jordan, Dana, Ginger and Alicia; his stepgranddaughter Kendall; his great grandchildren, Kala, Grace, Olivia, Pearson, Ayden, Bentley, Audrey, Brantley and Drayton; and his close friends, Justin Smith, Curtis Thames and Dave Marcella.
