He is survived by: his wife Eunice Rodriguez of Tovar; his children, Judith Torres (Manuel), Claudia Tovar, Cynthia Vasquez (Gustavo), Eladio Tovar Jr. and Carla Gonzalez (Juan Manuel); and his grandchildren, Manuel Torres III, Karena Vasquez, Montserrat Vasquez, Juan Manuel Gonzalez III, Eladio Torres, Santiago Torres, Mia Vasquez, Emiliano Gonzalez and Leandro Gonzalez.
