She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Provencher; her daughters, Diana Ortega (Evaristo) and Lety Hernandez; her grandchildren, Liza Krudwig (Jason), Jorge Hernandez, Jr., David J. Hernandez, Audrey D. Rodriguez (Hector), Esteban Ortega and Edgar Ortega; and her great grandchildren, Brandon Barrera, Jared Krudwig, Kendal Riley Hernandez, Amelie Rodriguez and Jacob Rodriguez.
