She was predeceased by: her parents, Octaviano Mata and Angelina Garza; her son Juan Antonio Salinas; her grandsons, Fernando Carlos Salinas and Andres Felix Salinas; her great grandchild Victoria Arlene Salinas; and her brothers, Ovidio Mata and Osiel Mata.
She is survived by: her children, Manfredo Salinas (Fernanda), Maria Dolores Salinas, Esteban Salinas, Bernardo Salinas (Magdalena), Guadalupe Watson (James), Eduviges Salinas, Domingo Salinas (Elsa), Ramon Salinas (Adriana) and Berta Flores (Henry); and her siblings, Octaviano Mata and Mirthala Salinas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A rosary will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the San Luis Rey Catholic Church (3502 Sanders Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78040).
