She was predeceased by: her son Javier Rojo; her parents, Julian Luna Sr. and Augustina Luna; and her siblings, Julian Luna Jr., Rolando Luna, Gilbert Luna, Jovita Salinas and Evelia Luna.

She is survived by: her son Victor C. Rojo Jr. (Monica); her grandchildren, Chris Figueroa (Melissa) and Kelly Kelso (Camden); her great grandchildren, Jude Figueroa, Jax Figueroa and Noah Beard; and her brother Mario Luna Sr. (Dolores) of Las Cruces. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family would like for everyone to please make a donation to the Laredo Cancer Society in Eloisa's name.
