With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Erson Flores (Laredo, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Obed Flores and Paula Flores; and his siblings, Obed Flores, Moises Flores, Josue Flores, Emeterio Flores and Elia Flores.
He is survived by: his wife Janie; his former wife Juanita Valdez Flores; his children, Norma E. Flores, Criselda Butcher (Jonathan), Lucia Isabel Flores (John) and Marisa Dalia Flores; his grandchildren, Michelle A. Edwards (Joshua), Aaron Flores and Marcos Flores (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Sophia Flores, Lucas Rafael Flores and Liam Edwards; and his siblings, Eustolia Romero, Yolanda Bernal and Paula Ashby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A rosary will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM and at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78040).
