She is survived by: her husband Carlos Gerardo Dimas Sr.; her children, Brittney Saavedra (E. J.), Carlos Gerardo "Charlie" Dimas Jr. and Karla Alexis Dimas (Wesley Roy Wheeler); her grandchildren, Isabelle "Isa" Maria Saavedra and Dominic "Nico" Cristo Saavedra; and her siblings, Jesus Alejandro "Nano" Diaz (Clemen), Adriana Alicia "Licha" Diaz, Jaime Alberto "Beto" Marina Diaz, Javier "Toity" Armando Diaz and Tanya Michelle Diaz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 8:30 AM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Jude Catholic Church (2031 Lowry Rd, Laredo, TX 78045). A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78040).
