He was predeceased by: his son Emmanuel Salinas; his parents, Eufemio Salinas and Maria Marmolejo Salinas; and his siblings, Reynaldo Salinas, Minerva Guerrero Salinas, Irene Gallegos Salinas, Roberto Salinas, Roel Salinas and Rene Salinas.
He is survived by: his wife Francisca O. Salinas; and his children, Yesenia Salinas, Ulises Salinas, Ana Topolski (Raymond), Lizbeth Salinas (Yvonne Vazquez), Sylvia Salinas and Eufemio Salinas III. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
