He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Rios and Josefa De La Cruz; his son Raul Rios; and his siblings, Martin Rios, Argelio Rios, Evelio Rios, Jesusa Garza, Olivia Garza and Gloria Garza.
He is survived by: his children, Juany, Eulalio Rios Jr. (Ana), Concepcion Medina (Juan M.), Martin Rios (Natalia), Gabriel Rios (Veronica) and Elsa Davila (Juan F.). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
