He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Angel and San Juanita Chavez; and his siblings, Maria Antonia Chavez, Jose Angel Chavez, Jose Maria Chavez, Maria Chavez and Maria Jova Chavez.
He is survived by: his children, Lydia Rogers (Robert), Armandina Chavez, Francisco Chavez, Jr. (Susana), Elma Negrete (Brian), Christopher Chavez (Monica) and Jose Chavez (Samantha); his close friend Maria Cristina Segura; and his stepchildren, Adriana Gonzalez Lopez and Idalia Gonzalez Flores. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, along with other loving relatives and friends.
