We are sad to announce that, on February 4, 2020, at the age of 84, George Royle Wright (Laredo, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father George Wright (Letha Wright); his wife Nancy; his mother Letha; his daughter Mary; and his grandson Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Vincent Wright (Cynthia), Martha Martinez (Hugo), Barbara Glueck (Michael), Diana Wright, Steven Wright (Lucy), Randy Wright (Stacy) and Angela McDurmon; his grandchildren, Ashley Waymyth (Thom), Alison Dunn (Kevin), Amy Ramirez, Danny Martinez (Cynthia), Dr. Eileen Martinez, Christopher Glueck, Carl-Anders Johansson, Kristina Johansson, Matthew Wright, Natalie Wright, Charlotte Wright and Emma Wright; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Emily Ramirez and Clark Dunn.
Education was important to Royle and Nancy therefore, in lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests you consider making a donation to: Mary Elizabeth Wright Memorial and the Laredo Rotary Endowed Scholarship, this scholarship provides support to students pursuing a bachelor's degree at Texas A&M International University.
