He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Saldivar "Roberto Perez"; his siblings, Estefana "Fanny" Hernandez, Rogelio "Roy" Saldivar, Noe Saldivar, Ruben Saldivar, Lydia "Lily" Hernandez, Linda Saldivar, Roxanna "Roxy" Valdez and Melissa "Missy" Saldivar; his grandchildren, Misael and Axel; and the mother of his child Maria Hernandez.
