He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Ibarra Lozano and Virginia Garza of Ibarra. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Garcia Ibarra; his daughters, Nelda Ibarra and Sylvia Ibarra Villalon; his son-in-law Homero Villalon; and his grandchildren, Ricardo, Daniel, Gerardo and Homero Joel. He is also survived by Three great granddaughters, as well as other family members and friends.
