He was predeceased by: his parents, Catarino Lopez and Dorotea O. Lopez; his son Guillermo Lopez Jr.; his grandson Guillermo Lopez; his sisters, Maria L. Hinojosa and Andrea Lopez; his nephews, Darrel C. Brown and Pedro Rodriguez Jr.; and his niece Esther Morales.
He is survived by: his wife Martha G Lopez; his children, Sylvia Ochoa (Ruben), Ricardo Lopez (Susie), Adrianna Lopez and Marta Lopez; his stepson Ivan Lopez (Amelia); and his sisters, Juanita Morales, Mercedes Sanchez (Juan) and Antonia Lopez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
As the years pass we will continue to be reminded of his hard work and contribution to our country when we walk into groceries to purchase our produce for our families or observe truck drivers driving along our highways late at night.
