He is survived by: his sons, Hector Ramirez Jr. (Rosa Chavarria), Steven Ramirez (Natalie Kelechian) and Roger Ramirez; his grandchildren, Ellie Ramirez, Leslie Ramirez, Lynelle Ramirez, Noe Ramirez, Audrey Ramirez and Eden Ramirez; and his siblings, Martin Ramirez Jr. (Juanita), Eduardo Ramirez (Yolanda), Elsa Cavazos (Juan Antonio), Humberto Ramirez (Sandra), Joe Ramirez (Elsie), Guadalupe Ramirez, Juan Ramirez (Mary Lou), Neopoldo Ramirez (Rosa), Danny Ramirez and Rachel Ramirez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
