He is survived by: his grandparents, Manuel Collazo and Pascuala B. Collazo; his aunts and uncles, Antonio Collazo, Jose Fortunato Bernal, Berta Collazo and Maria of Jesus Bernal; his mother Almarosa Zepeda; his brothers, Jose Manuel Guerrero Sr. (Norma) and Felipe (Luz Maria) of Jesus; his aunts, Josefina Sanchez and Estela Collazo; and his nieces and nephews, Leah Alessandra Zepeda, Andrea Raquel Guerrero, Jose Manuel Guerrero Jr., Roel Ricardo Cavazos, Perla Deyanira Alva, Taily Sayd Alva and Kendra Janney Hernandez. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
