He is survived by: his children, Gerardo Charles (Guadalupe), Rosa Hernandez (Juan), Manuel Sanchez (Juan), Patricia Herrera (Jesus), Miguel Charles (Perla), Victor Charles, Norma Avalos (Jorge), Maria Jimenez (Carlos), Adriana Rodriguez (Eduardo), Melissa Iturbe (Jose Luis) and Robert Charles; and his niece San Juana Mancha (Bernardo).
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Hillside Funeral Home (310 W Hillside Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
