He was predeceased by: his father Hermiñio Martinez Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Anabel Martinez; his children, Lucero Martinez (Maximiliano Rodriguez) and Hiram David Martinez Jr.; his granddaughters, Ruby Olivia Rodriguez and Ava Rose Rodriguez; his mother Amparo Martinez; and his sister Maria (Carmen Garza). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
