He was predeceased by: his parents, Canuto Peña and Celia Peña (Gonzalez); and his daughter Yolanda Palacios. He is survived by: his children, Fernandina Martinez (Juan), Rosalinda (Mar), Lydia Villagran (Jaime) and Humberto Peña Jr.; and his grandchildren, Roberto Garcia Jr., Armando Garcia, Tomas Palacios III, Sergio Palacios, Benjamin Palacios, Daniella Martinez, Andres Villagran, Valeria Peña, Clarissa Peña, Cristina Peña and Lilianna Peña. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
