He is survived by: his children, Eliberto Garcia, Sergio Eden Garcia, Gerardo Rene Garcia (Helen) and Diana Lee; his sister Elida Garcia; and his grandsons, Jorge R. Richer Jr. and Matthew Henry Garcia.
