He was predeceased by: his mother Marina Perez; his brother Antonio Perez; and his cousin Oscar "Kalin" Vela. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Perez; his children, Mayra G. Perez, Veronica Rendon (Erick) and Ildefonso Perez III (Adriana); his grandchildren, Erick Rendon Jr., Daniel Adan Rendon, Samantha Perez, Sabrina Perez, Sophia Perez and Selena Perez; his sister Dorina Rossell; and his mother-in-law Guillermina Lozano.
