He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador Nuñez and Maria Elena Nuñez. He is survived by: his brother Salvador Nuñez; his children, Jaime Nuñez (Wendy) and Gabriela Cavazos (Juan); and his siblings, Pedro Nuñez (Lety), Carlos Nuñez (Norma), Javier Nuñez (Christian), Elva Martinez, Elena Valadez, Elida Gutierrez, Mireya Gutierrez, Monica Guzman and Thelma Corales. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
