He was predeceased by: his wife Angela Garza; his parents, Tomas Garza and Emila Garza; and his brother Mario Garza. He is survived by: his children, Mario Flores, Javier Garza Jr., Juan Jose Garza, Eusebio Garza (Cynthia) and Emily K. Garza; and his siblings, Alicia Stakley, Angelina Martinez, Tomas Garza Jr., Carlos Garza, Blanca Bustos and Mercedes Garcia. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
