He is survived by: his wife Veronica Cisneros; his children, Laura Yvette Cisneros, Julie Elizabeth Roberts (Rodger), Krystal Elaine Palomino (Luis Armando) and Kristopher Alexander Cisneros; his grandchildren, Armando Jesus Palomino, Luis Arturo Palomino and Marysol Zaleya Palomino; his mother Ernestina Cisneros; and his siblings, Rosa Teresa Chiles (Jim), Jose Angel Cisneros (Gladys), Sergio Omar Cisneros (Sandra), Emma Blanca Cisneros, Hugo Obed Cisneros (Anita Isabel) and Ana Esmeralda Luna (Marcos Pete). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
