He is survived by: his wife Maria Isabel "Isa" Mata Silva; his daughters, Dora Alicia "Doris" Silva (Albert Stock), Cynthia "Cindy" Silva, Isabel Cristina "Cristy" Lozano (Eddie), Ana Gudelia "Guvy" Silva Ruiz (Ruben) and Monica Raquel Farias (Ramon); his grandchildren, Eddie III (Ruby), Jesse (Julie), Michael Angelo, Jesabel, Gaby, Ruben III, Joel, Mia and Laura; his sisters, Lydia Flores (Juan) and Ana Maria Nieto (Jorge); and his siblings-in-law, Lourdes Patterson (David), Jose Mata (Veronica) and Juan Antonio Mata (Melinda). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
