He is survived by: his wife Veronica Gomez; his stepchildren, Reynaldo Piña Jr. and Gloria Piña; his stepgrandchildren, Camila Dominguez, Fernando Dominguez and Maximiliano Dominguez; his siblings, Isaias Gomez, Miguel Gomez (Maria), Graciela Mata (Arnulfo), Rosalva, Dora Regalado (Manuel), Olga Gomez, Claudia J. Gomez, Ana I. Sauceda (Jose), Dulce Gomez, Carmela Garza (Gerardo), Claudia Guzman (Jose) and Raquel Gomez; and his sister-in-law Manuela Frayre Gomez. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
