She was predeceased by: her husband Pablo Sanchez; her parents, Manuel Collazo and Pascuala Collazo; her siblings, Berta Collazo, Maria De Jesus Bernal, Manuel Collazo Jr. and Antonio Collazo; her uncles, Joe Nazario Barbosa, Margarito Barboza and Jose Juan Barboza; her aunt Miss Francisca Barbosa (Hilda H. Barboza); her brothers-in-law, Felipe De Jesus Zepeda and Jose Fortunato Bernal; and her nephew Hector Rogelio Zepeda.
She is survived by: her sisters, Estela Collazo and Alma Rosa C. Zepeda; her nieces and nephews, Jose Alberto Bernal (Mary), Maria Felicitas Rodriguez (Juan), Rogelio Bernal (Rhonda), Sylvia Casarez, Juan Bernal (Susan), Andre Collazo (Lolita), Jorge Collazo (Wendy), Audrey Pedroza (Saulo), Jose Manuel Guerrero (Norma), Felipe (Luz) of Jesus and Jose De Jesus Collazo (Laura); her cousin Margarito Barboza Jr. (Elsa); and her caregivers, Julia Cortez, Patty Ochoa Alcaraz, Yesenia Galvez, Linda De La Rosa, Zoe Collazo, Santiago Cortez, Alma and Yvette. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
