She was predeceased by: her daughter Patricia Peña; and her parents, Anastacio C. Puig and Anita C. Puig. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Cuellar (Eddie), Rafael Peña (Ofelia) and Michael Peña (Ashley); and her grandchildren, Arnolfo Cazarez (Lynette), Christina Cuellar, Katia Peña, Silke Peña, Giada Peña, Joaquin Peña, Callaghan Peña and McGregor Peña. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
