With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Julia Murillo (Laredo, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Pedro Murillo. She is survived by : her children, Pedro Murillo, Jr. (Maria Elena), Roberto Murillo (Leticia), Norma Yolanda Segovia (Oscar, Jr.), Arturo Murillo (Margie) and Alma Araceli Cruz (Angel Eduardo); and her grandchildren, Pedro Murillo, III (Lindsay), Miriam Jackson (Eric), Dilia Russell (Matthew), Roberto Murillo (Valeria Salas), Cynthia L. Murillo, Karina M. Murillo (Joel Carrillo), Isela A. Murillo (Andrew Perez), Jorge Murillo of Oscar Segovia, III., Michael Segovia, Johnny Holloway, Arthur C. Murillo, Jose Juan Vasquez, Jr., Keara C. Cruz and Delilah F. Cruz. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A rosary was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, May 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church (1602 Garcia St, Laredo, TX 78040).
