She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest E. Blakeman and Bertha Blakeman; her daughter Annette Frost; her grandson Mike Frost II; and her siblings, Elizabeth Norris, Merry Leigh Stude and Dale Blakeman.
She is survived by: her children, Deann Sweeper, Suzan Sweeper and Jaime Carmona (Bertha Nieto); her grandchildren, Krysta Wong (Daniel), Mark Frost (Kelly), Ryan Corley (Amanda), Lauren Cavazos (Frank), George D. Garza and J. R. Carmona; and her great grandchildren, Madison Wallace, Alexandria Cavazos, Lenaha, Noah Wong, Annette, Garrett Frost, Addison, Miki and Henry Corley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78040).
