He was predeceased by: his parents, Estanislado Salazar and Felipa Salazar. He is survived by: his siblings, Arturo Salazar, Amelia Chavarria, Gaudencia Vasquez, Carolina Galvan, Natividad Garcia, Israel, Altagracia Salazar, Rosa Rodriguez and Gloria Salazar; his caregiver Rosario Martinez (Raul); and his sons, Zapata Hwy and Rev. Deacon Leonard Aguillon. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
