She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesus Silva and Anita Arenivas De Silva. She is survived by : her husband Juan E. Flores; her children, Juan Flores Jr. (Isela), Analia Martinez (Jesus) and Richard Flores (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Tanya Flores, Priscilla Ontiveros (Ricardo), Juan E. Flores III, Sonnie Flores, Juan Miguel Alvarado, Rosalee Flores and Rhaelee Flores; and her sister Anna Nieto. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels (800 Boston St, Laredo, TX 78041). A Mass was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 at 8:30 AM and at 9:00 AM. A burial was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 at the Laredo City Cemetery (3200 N Meadow Ave, Laredo, TX 78041).
