He is survived by: his parent Alicia Mondragon; and his siblings, Sarahi Arechiga, Maria Arechiga, Ofelia Cocina, Isabel Villarreal and Gustavo Orozco. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
