He is survived by: his wife Amor Clarin Barrera; his children, Aurora Alicia Barrera, Manuel Jorge Barrera, III (Erica McDonald), Andres Elvojio Barrera, Amy Morales, Jose Maria Morales, Sara Olivia Barrera, Severino Leon Barrera and Amor Elizabeth Barrera-Perusquia (Ricardo); and his grandchildren, Brandon Anthony Barrera, Olivia Marienne Barrera and Sophia Rose Barrera.
