He is survived by: his wife Crystal Ramos; his children, Manny Ramos III, Giselle Ramos, Giana Denise Ramos and Genesis Ramos; his father Manuel Ramos Sr.; his siblings, Michelle Garza, Kristina Chapa, Ana Lucio, Rolando Garza, Ricardo Chapa and Estevan Gerald Lucio; his in-laws, Cynthia, Maria Soledad and Rogelio Vasquez Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Rolando Garza Jr., Ricardo Chapa Jr. and Alexis Rae Chapa.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services (1320 Trey Dr, Laredo, TX 78041). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 9:45 AM at the Laredo City Cemetery (3200 N Meadow Ave, Laredo, TX 78040).
