She was predeceased by: her husband Duane Lewis; her parents, Marcelino Daniel Sanchez, Sr. and Olivia Elisabeth Sanchez; her granddaughter Stephanie Ann Richards; and her son-in-law Jerry Gonzalez.
She is survived by: her children, Rod R. Lewis (Hanne Zak), Debra Richards (Joe), Karyn Dennis (Brian) and Sandra Lewis; her grandchildren, Jessica Worth (Clint), Nicole Pace (Brad), Amanda Adkins (Casey), Ryan Lewis (Rachel), Holly M. Richards, Joseph Matthew Richards, Jacquelyne Branch (Casey), Jennifer Swisher, Kenneth John Swisher Jr. and Joshua D. Swisher (Tyrah); her great grandchildren, Mary K., Rae, Robert Worth, Amelia, Maddox Pace, Emma, Millie Adkins, Faythe Rabalais, Dawn Enos, Cade Branch and Benjamin Swisher; her brother Marcelino Daniel Sanchez, Jr. (Barbra); and her nephews, Marcelino D. Sanchez III, Robert Sanchez (Diana) and Thomas D. Sanchez (Kathryn). She is also survived by her family and friends.
