She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Guerrero and Consuelo Guerrero; her brother Juan Gilberto Guerrero; and her husband Henry E. Gutierrez. She is survived by: her children, Marta Farlin (Larry), Marisela Castañeda (Gerardo), Melissa Garcia (Eric), Mariana Gutierrez, Henry E. Gutierrez II, Bernabe G. Gutierrez and Eric Wickstrom; her grandchildren, Margaret Farlin Forbes (Matt), Andrea Ari Castañeda and Eric Anthony Garcia; her great grandchildren, Theodore M. Forbes and Norah L. Forbes; and her sister-in-law Norma Guerrero. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hillside Funerals & Cremations (310 W Hillside Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A rosary was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (2219 Galveston St, Laredo, TX 78043). A burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Laredo City Cemetery (3201 N Meadow Ave, Laredo, TX 78041).
