She was predeceased by: her parents, Felipe Cuellar and Olivia Martinez Cuellar. She is survived by: her husband Andres F. Segovia; her brothers, Daniel Cuellar and Jose "Pepe" Cuellar; her sister-in-law Narce Villarreal Cuellar; her cousins, Barbara McCartney, Eduardo Cuellar (Elvira), Ernesto Cuellar, Beatrice Torrez (Ernest) and Carlos Cuellar (Luz); her stepchildren, Andres F. Segovia, Jr., Ricardo Segovia, Sara Alicia Perez (Pablo) and Imelda Molina (Federico); and her nephew Ray Jose Cuellar.
Special heartfelt gratitude is extended to those who were relentless in caring for Martha during her battle with Alzheimer's disease: Andres F. Segovia, Graciela Melendrez, and Kathy Rocha.
