She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Cegueda Sr.; and her son Eliseo Cegueda. She is survived by: her children, Irene Sarmiento Jr. (Antonio), Jose Cegueda Jr. (Lucila) and Rudy Cegueda; her grandchildren, Christina Sarmiento (Lara), Erica Sarmiento, Anthony Sarmiento (Samantha), Amanda Sarmiento, Jose Cegueda III (Maria), Jessica Cegueda (Salvador), Luis Cegueda, Rudy Cegueda Jr. and Carlos Cegueda; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Jonathon, Jesiah, Achsah, Derek, Brandon and Francesca.
